Refund requests and processing time:

Payments made to Jumpstarter will be charged in full at the time of purchase. Refunds on eligible purchases can be requested for any reason (or no reason at all) during your eligibility period by contacting us at refunds@gojumpstarter.com.

Upon receipt of your request, please allow up to two full business days for your request to be processed. Once your request has been processed and refunded from Jumpstarter, you may need to allow additional time for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company before it arrives back in your account. Jumpstarter has no control over this period of time.

Eligibility Period

At anytime after your purchase and before the public launch of your website, you are eligible for our 100% no-questions-asked refund.

Public launch only happens for your site once it has been proofed and approved for publication at your chosen URL. As part of this approval process, you consent to publication and have indicated your satisfaction with our work. After publication, your site becomes a business asset to the purchaser, and will no longer be eligible for our 100% refund policy.

Our Jumpstarter Website service is eligible for this refund policy.

For hosting or other subscription services, you may request a refund for your one (1) most recent month or period of billed services. Request additional refund information at refunds@gojumpstarter.com.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, other products and services offered by Jumpstarter are not covered by our 100% Refund Policy.
